How it works
Here is how the event runs, round by round.
- 01
Round 1 – Abstract Scrutiny
- 01All registered teams must submit an abstract (maximum 200 words) before the submission deadline.
- 02The abstract should clearly describe the problem statement, objectives, methodology, and expected outcome.
- 03Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
- 04Shortlisted teams will advance to the final round.
- 05Participants must also submit a hard copy of the abstract and research paper during the event.

Round 2 – Final Presentation
- 01Shortlisted teams will present their work offline before the judging panel.
- 02Presentation Duration: 5 Minutes.
- 03Question & Answer Session: 3 Minutes.
- 04Participants must prepare their presentation using the official PPT template shared by the event coordinators.
- 05The PPT template must be followed strictly. Teams may also demonstrate a working prototype or model, if applicable.
- The PPT submission deadline will be announced by the event coordinators, and participants must submit their presentation before the specified deadline.
